Booking Policy

Booking Terms and Conditions

1. All bookings are subject to availability. We advise that bookings are made at least two weeks ahead of your chosen service date.

2. Bookings and cancellations can be made online or over the phone to our booking office at 813-591-9988 or 614-592-5495.

3. Cancellations made 72 hours or more before service date will result in no charge. Cancellations made 48 hours or less before service date are subject to review and may result in a $25.00 fee. In the event that our contractor has arrived, and you are not present and/or no longer require services, we will be charging a $75 inconvenience fee.
